Earth Kin Wild Hearted Women’s Circle ~ Wednesday 23rd September 2026 ~ “Autumn Equinox” ~ 7pm - 10pm
Warm your hands, and your heart, around the fire. Together, we gather, at the Iron Age Roundhouse.
Join us this September as we gather to honour the Autumn Equinox
Wild hearted women are invited to gather in sacred sisterhood around the Earth Kin Hearth for blessings, sharings and holdings as we honour the Autumn Equinox, the Harvest Moon, and the myth of the Buried Mother Moon.
As a velvet cloak of darkness draws across the threshold of the Autumn Equinox, bringing the day once more into equal balance with the night, Wild Hearted Women feel their souls stir with the ghosts of autumn mists, the embers of the first fires and the sweet scent of rain.
The Women’s Hearth is calling. Together, we gather!
In the flame lit womb of the roundhouse we will we will hold space for one another in circle as we share our hopes, dreams and hurts around the fire to be heard, witnessed and held by our sisters before delving into the myth of ‘The Buried Mother Moon’ to explore, what is waiting for us in the dark that needs to be brought into the light?
In sacred space, we will create ritual bundles; one we will give in release to the fire in prayer for transformation, the other we will nurture through the winter months in honour of all we wish to call forth into the light of spring.
All are invited to bring apple themed treats in honour of the Autumn Equinox and the apple harvest, celebrated in these isles for more than a thousand years.
The evening includes:
• Sharing circle
• Storytelling ~ “The Buried Mother Moon” with Ellie Brooks
• Autumn Equinox ritual bundle making
• Mini apple-themed sharing feast, in addition to hot drinks and biscuits provided for the break
All women over 18 years of age welcome, from all paths of life, in this multi-faith, inclusive, warm, welcoming space.
Please do layer up warmly - we will be gathering round a roaring fire, but the veil of night still hails a chill for the unwary when the sun goes down!
Earth Kin Hearth Keeper, Ellie Brooks, will send out an email with detailed information prior to the circle on or before the morning of the circle - please keep a look out.
We have a number of donation places available to ensure this space remains as accessible as possible - please email Ellie on earthkinevents@gmail.com for further information.
Please see full terms and conditions on ticket purchases.
