Bringing people together through story, ceremony and song.

What’s On

We want our events to be welcoming and accessible, and we are happy to offer complementary carer tickets for those who need assistance in order to attend. As we work across a range of venues with different capacities and layouts, carer tickets are venue-dependent and subject to availability. As many events sell out quickly, please let us know as soon as possible if you are in need of a carer ticket by emailing us at time of booking on: earthkinevents@gmail.com so we can let you know at the earliest opportunity whether we will able to accommodate your request. Please note: carers may not always be able to sit or have a full view of the performance. If this is important for access, please get in touch ahead of time and we’ll do our best to help

Wild Hearted Women’s Circle | Imbolc Crafting

Thursday 29th January 2026, 7pm -9.30pm

Ancient Technology Centre, ‘Little Round House’, Cranborne

Wild hearted women are invited to gather in sacred sisterhood around the Earth Kin Hearth as we celebrate the ancient festival of Imbolc.

As we in the Northern Hemisphere sink into our coldest months, the land glimmers with a glimpse of first promise; the first lambs in the belly of their mothers, the first snowdrops pushing their heads through the soil towards the light.

Imbolc in the ancient tongue means ‘in the belly’ …. for we are entering the domain of one of the UK’s most ancient Goddesses; Bridie, Brigid; patroness of emergence, poetry, alchemy, grain and milk.

Join us as we take part in making Bridie dolls to leave by hearths of our homes on the eve of Imbolc at sunset on 31st Jan, to honour the mistress of Bards and invite her blessings for the year to come; just as the people of these Isles have done for thousands of years before us.

Includes: Storytelling // Sharing Circle // Bridie doll making // More

~ Open to all women aged 18 years+, of all backgrounds and walks of life.
