To ensure your safety and optimum enjoyment of our Beltane Celebration, we recommend reading our tips and policies for the event:
Ticket refund policy: As a small arts venture, we are unable to support ticket refunds at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
This event is suitable for children aged 10 years and over, though younger children are very welcome to attend. Any children attending must have their own ticket and be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian; parental guidance regarding the event content is advised. Babes-in-arms aged 0-2 years have free entry but food is not provided for them as a feasting tray - please contact the Upwey team directly on 01305 814470 if you want to organise food for these little ones.
Upwey Wishing Well is a licensed venue, so only food and drink purchased from the Upwey tearooms to be consumed on the premises please.
A cash bar will open on site from 6pm.
Please feel free to dress for the occasion!
Dogs are welcome.
Please feel free to bring an offering for our communal Beltane altar.
The ground underfoot onsite can be uneven and slippery, take it slowly and please do wear appropriate footwear.
There is parking available at St Laurence's Church car park just a short walk away from Upwey tearoom. Cash donations are strongly encouraged in the carpark donations box to help with the upkeep.
For those parking on the roadside or in the village, please respect our neighbours by parking responsibly and being mindful of noise on leaving the event.
